Ms. Swain is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Six Sigma Green Belt. She has spoken to women and religious groups, at conferences, and has participated in interviews and panel discussions. She has also hosted her own radio show, called “Talk to Tina.” Ms. Swain has covered topics pertaining to: entrepreneurship, relationship dynamics, mental health, and emotional wellness. She published two self-help books: Rebirth and Rejoice; The Beginner's Guide and a Testimony to Living a Christian Life, which focuses on spiritual growth between oneself and their higher power; and How To Be Happy and Successfully Single, Before Marriage, focuses on the personal growth one should ideally attain for themselves, but especially before marriage.

She offers coaching focused on Mental Health, Emotional Wellness, Leadership Development, and Interpersonal Communication Skills to individuals and businesses; these areas can be customized as training as well.
